DAILY TEMPERATURE CHECK, LOGS & SELF DECLARATION<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Daily Temperature checking & visual monitoring for any symptoms are being carried out at each location, and a Daily Temperature Log is being maintained along with Self-Declaration Forms in respective client formats and\/or ANG format.<\/p>\n

For any employee in isolation, an SDF is being taken while sending him in isolation as well as while releasing him from the isolation in respective formats.<\/p>\n

TBT is being taken at different locations periodically to keep creating awareness about COVID-19 ensuring the social distancing compliance.<\/p>\n

Restricted access to all ANG locations is applied.<\/p>\n

Awareness campaign is carried out via posters, instructions & documents from MOH & clients.<\/p>\n

HYGIENE & OCCUPANCY COMPLIANCE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All transportation vehicles are being sanitized twice daily.<\/p>\n

Sanitizer bottles provided in all buses.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne seat apart\u201d policy is being followed up to ensure social distancing.<\/p>\n

Camps & offices are being sanitized with disinfectants multiple times in a day to maintain the hygiene.<\/p>\n

Camps hygiene inspection is being carried out & recorded regularly through housekeeping record.<\/p>\n

Disinfection & fumigation of Camps is being done through third party.<\/p>\n

An audio-visual awareness presentation is been given continuously to the team which includes basic information, as well as video messages and posters from WHO & MOH, Oman respectively.<\/p>\n

In addition, on daily basis through multiple official what\u2019s up group a situation report from WHO, & guidelines\/Instructions received from government authorities are been circulated with all concerned.<\/p>\n

To ensure compliance, additional stock of sanitizing material is being stored at all locations.<\/p>\n
